Unused sessions roll over for up to 3 months. We encourage you to use your sessions regularly for optimal results.

Can I freeze my membership when I'm away?

Is there a cancellation policy?
Annual memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. A pro-rated refund may be available depending on usage.
